How report entitlements work
The practical rules behind report capacity, in plain language.
- Flow activation
- The 5 activation reports are granted once, only if BOtag Flow is the account's first-ever active eligible BOtag subscription. Each is valid 12 months from grant.
- Intel and Pro allowances
- Included reports are a pooled allowance for the paid three-month period. Unused included reports expire at period end and do not roll over.
- Purchased reports
- Purchased additional reports are valid for 12 months from purchase, and are only charged after explicit purchase or approval.
- One report, one scope
- The same main Label Brand, the same season and the same buying scope stay within the same report. Reasonable revisions — a revised budget, new supplier information, a quantity revision, the final committed order, the Post Order Buying Review or the Commercial Outcome Estimate — do not consume another report.
- A new report entitlement
- A genuinely different main Label Brand, a different season or a materially different buying scope requires a new report entitlement.
- Complementary Label Brands
- Every report has exactly one main Label Brand, which receives the full analytical depth and the full five-deliverable eligibility. Complementary Label Brands influence the main analysis and receive Complementary Buying Guidelines inside the Full Seasonal Buying Recommendation, but no full deliverable pack of their own. Adding more complementary Label Brands broadens the analysis and can make the recommendation less concentrated on the main Label Brand. A complementary Label Brand that needs its own full analysis requires its own report as the main Label Brand.
- Used status
- A report is marked used after successful Commercial Outcome Estimate delivery — not when the recommendation is delivered.
- Optional deliverables after use
- Material Quality Assessment and Supplier Brief remain available for 12 months after the report is marked used, subject to an active eligible BOtag subscription.
- Started reports
- A report genuinely started while a valid entitlement is available can continue through its approved lifecycle if that entitlement or paid report period later expires, as long as the BOstageR subscription remains active and eligible.
- Which entitlement is used first
- When several valid report entitlements are available, BOstages uses the one that expires first.
